Can I have just a service on my Bubble Tube?
Yes, we also offer bubble tube service only. We also offer discounts if you have multiple bubble tube services a year.
How often should I get my Sensory room serviced?
That all depends on how often the room gets used, how much foot traffic the room gets and so many more contributing factors but we usually recommend at least every 6 – 12 months depending on the products and usage of the room. This ensures that the products are kept in top condition, any fixings on the pads or sensory products are kept tight and secure and if you have any bubble tubes that they are kept clean.
Do you service Sensory Rooms that you didn’t install?
Yes, we do however, we cannot guarantee we can get hold of any spare parts if we do not use the same supplier. For the most part, a service is the same so we can absolutely help bring your sensory room back to life. What should I do if I have a product that isnt working or is broken?
Let us know in advance if any products need special attention and if we can, we will look to fix this on site. As part of our service we will give you a full report any highlight any areas that need attention.
