Stock Availability

We advise you to contact us on 01702 542231 to check stock availability before ordering. We cannot guarantee delivery of an item by a certain timescale without prior knowledge. Quite a few items are made to order and we don’t always carry stock. Please allow 3-4 weeks for larger items. We will endeavour to get your order out to you asap if we have stock, the item is usually dispatched in 1-2 weeks, however, please check before ordering. All large items are sent on a next day delivery courier service, signed for.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We recycle materials where possible.

Goods will not be accepted for return except by prior arrangement and they must be in ‘As New’ condition. There will be a 15% handling charge on all goods returned that are not faulty. Any goods that arrive to you damaged on receipt must be immediately notified to us within a period of 3 days.
