Sensory Dens
Dark dens are ideal for creating environments where sensory equipment and toys can be used without the need for a dedicated sensory room. They are also ideal for use at home or in a muti-use room, to explore UV lights, glow in the dark items, fibre optics and projectors.
We have put together some Sensory and UV Equipment, ideal for use in the dens.
If you wanted to join several den's together, white or black for instance, this is easily achieved with the 'Sensory Den (SDD-04.) Creating a sensory trial with auditory, visual and tactile stimulation, or grouping a white and black den together to create 'calming sensory' and 'dramatic uv' environments, are all possible with the first den listed.

Sensory Den- White or Black 1.2m square White Sensory Den for exploration of equipment or a quiet space for relaxation. Simply clip together the four sides, small gaps have been included in the design to allow for leads to ensure safe use of any lightsources and fibre optics etc. The roof, each of the 3 sides internally and the arched entrance all have velcro receptive strips for your own materials or ribbons. 1.2m memory foam mat is provided as a comfortable base and the hut comes complete with a 9 bubbles mirror (80cm square) that can easily be attached to the wall using the velcro strips provided. |
