1) I am a VAT exempt charity or I am purchasing for or on behalf of someone who is VAT exempt- can I purchase your products with no VAT?

Yes. You won't be able to purchase our products online as the paypal shopping cart automatically adds 17.5% for VAT. However, you can call our head office on 01245 280924 and purchase your item via credit/debit card or send us a cheque. If you would like to purchase via paypal, we can send you a payment request to your email address.

All VAT exempt person(s)/charities will have to fill in our VAT exempt form- please click here to download. Print, fill in and email or post back

2) Can you custom make your fibre optic products to suit a particular area or budget?

Yes, we are manufacturers of fibre optic lighting so we can custom make many of our products- including fibre optic carpets, sparkle harnesses, jelly fibre harnesses, star ceiling kits etc. Custom kits can be smaller or larger than those listed online- please contact us for a no obligation quick quotation

3) Do you kit out sensory rooms?

Yes, please look at our 'packages' section for information on various different types of bulk kits that can be purchased. Alternatively, please email us here with your specifications for the room and we will get back to you with a quote. Items can also be purchased seperately as add on's

Installation can be organised at an additional cost using traders that are experienced working with fibre optics.

4) Why should I purchase from you?

We care about the quality of our products- and take time sourcing the best materials. All our fibre optic products are ground and polished at the ends using high tech machinary- giving you the best possible light output.
