1) I am a VAT exempt charity or I am purchasing for or on behalf of someone who is VAT exempt- can I purchase your products with no VAT?

Yes. You won't be able to purchase our products online as the paypal shopping cart automatically adds 20% for VAT. However, you can call our head office on 01702 542231 and purchase your item via credit/debit card or send us a cheque. If you would like to purchase via paypal, we can send you a payment request to your email address.

2) Can you custom make your fibre optic products to suit a particular area or budget?

Yes, we are manufacturers of fibre optic lighting so we can custom make many of our products- including fibre optic carpets, sparkle harnesses, jelly fibre harnesses, star ceiling kits etc. Custom kits can be smaller or larger than those listed online- please contact us for a no obligation quick quotation. Fibre Optic Carpets are becoming increasingly popular as alternatives to floor padding in sensory and soft play rooms. We are manufacturers of fibre optic products, so we can make carpets to suit a room size.

3) Do you kit out sensory rooms?

Yes, please look at our 'packages' section for information on packages that will start off a sensory room with what most consider 'must have's' - bubble tubes, projectors, fibre optics. Alternatively, please email us here with your specifications for the room and we will get back to you with a quote.

We are happy to come out and visit your premises if you are thinking of creating or updating a sensory room. We can advise on suitability, ideal products, budgets, etc. Our design team create a drawing of the room/area and position the products in the most ideal place, along with an itemised quotation including installation, if necessary. This service is free of charge, and no obligation.

We do not believe in promoting costly computer systems that are unreliable and over-complicated to use. Unfortunately, we have encoutered this alot in schools, institutions and respite centres; where they are at a loss having spent their allocation ona fully interactive system to control every element in the room...and now it doesn't work! This can be very upsetting, especially when the money spent was raised through fundraising

3) We are always available should you need us

We always strive to make sure you are happy with our service and products and that should anything go wrong, we are available to speak to you and we we rectify the situation. We do not desert you!

4) We believe in recycling where possible

Where you have an exisitng room and would like a revamp, we will try our best to refresh and update the room without ripping out everything and starting again- 'Don't scrap it- Update it!'

5) We are manufacturers

We are UK manufacturers of fibre optic sensory equipment so we are able to offer some of the best prices for the best quality products. We produce all fibre optic items in the UK, so you're directly supporting our UK manufacturing market

Our 2nd edition brochure is twice as large as our first, encompassing our new product developments. We listen to the market, and create high quality products that are in demand.
